Miki was an absolute joy to work with in purchasing our fun, zippy fantastic mini. He made the process exciting and kept us updated on progress. He was extremely knowledgeable, it was like dealing with a friend. The only negative was the other department to finalize paperwork. We sat for hours while they seemed to be having a staff meeting with each other. None of this reflects on Miki, in fact he should probably be running that department too.

First off Miki was great and responsive and patient. During this process the dealership was going through some changes so the process was a little hectic BUT I realize it was temporary and no fault of Miki or any of the other workers I encountered. Everyone was helpful and patient. I LOVE my new MINI and would recommend not only the car but working with Miki as well. I’ve bought other cars (and other MINIs) and not been treated this nicely. 🙂

Got amazing service from the dealer. Car battery died, took it right in. Dealer assessed the battery condition and determined that it needed be replaced and covered it under warranty. Thanks to Josh I can finally breathe again. I had my engine code on for some time and took it to other local mechanics but none of them seemed to figure out the real issue. I ended up driving from the south bay to Calabasas because of other reviews and hoped for the best solution. The team found the issue and fixed it for a fair price, no up-selling. I wouldn't go anywhere else for the service, this place and Josh specifically gave me a peace of mind I couldn't find elsewhere.

well. their people is kind to our families, also they have great deal with it. especially, they sent handwrite letter with my picture with mini. usually, when my family purchased the other dealer shop they didn't send any "thank you" letter but this dealershops little different between others.

My most recent visit to Bob Smith Mini (BSM) was for a routine oil/filter change. All went well as have all my service dealings with BSM. We purchased our 2005 Mini Cooper Convertable from BSM in the Fall of 2004 via factory order and took delivery about ten weeks later. With the exception of a battery replacement (done under waranty at Pleasanton Mini) BSM has been the sole service provider for our Mini. Honest dealer! I have a friend in Mini in NY and I always run everything by her before having any work done on my car. I have never felt pressured into doing any service at this dealership, and they have always checked out my car very thoroughly. I bought my first mini from them, (and my 2nd from Universal., which was the worst experience ever! )I take my car only to Bob Smith. The service people, Sue, Christina, Aiisha, are very friendly and knowledgeable. When I get my next Min, I'm going to only buy from Bob Smith.

Bought my first MINI Cooper from Kirsten Lobetta at Bob Smith MINI and had the best car buying experience I've ever had. That's saying a lot, because I have purchased at least a dozen new cars. Kirsten was friendly and knowledgeable...she should be, having owned three MINI's herself. After shopping and test driving two cars, I literally drove off the lot in less than two hours, including loan document signing. I was very impressed. I would refer Kirsten to anyone who appreciates an honest, knowledgeable salesperson.
