At 4 pm on a busy Saturday, I had the unfortunate experience of my vehicle breaking down about 30 miles from home. Being alone at the time, this was an extremely stressful situation but that all changed with a single call to Bob Smith BMW. Service adviser Nicole Nichols and her team took every ounce of stress and anxiety out of my situation. Not only did they accept my car into their shop one hour before closing time, but they also supplied me with a loaner. I was in and out within 30 minutes tops! The problem turned out to be a thermostat issue which was still under warranty. They even gave me a 10% percent loyalty discount on my final charges. This level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and customer appreciation is why I've been with the BMW brand for 20 years. I plan to come back to Bob Smith for future service and when I am ready to purchase my next new vehicle.
